Why laughter yoga?

 

It’s been scientifically proven that the body can’t tell the difference between Fake & Real Laughter so it is okay to fake it until it becomes real

 

 

What is Laughter Yoga?

 

 A combination of laughing, playful exercises & Yoga breathing (no need to tell jokes, or do yogic poses)

 

 

How will laughter yoga benefit you?

 

The average person laughs for a maximum of 30 seconds at a time. When that is extended with these exercises & deep breathing you will be benefit in 2 ways:

 

 Increases the Oxygen to Your Brain & Gives You a Cardio Workout while having FUN!!!

 

 

All you need is A bottle of water, Yoga Mat or blanket and… a willingness to laugh for no reason
